Learning Targets:
1. Students will be able to find, show, and maintain a steady beat while listening to a piece of music.
2. Students will be able to identify whether a sound is a nature sound (animals) or a machine sound.
3. Students will sing songs from memory.
4. Students will perform a ribbon dance to show the different parts of a piece of music (steady beat, high and low sounds, loud and soft, etc.)
5. Students will do a ribbon exercise where they will demonstrate different ribbons movements and levels while listening to a piece of music.
6. Students will learn about animal sounds and machine sounds.
7. Students will sing using their singing voices.
8. Students will match pitch.
